If you want vibrant health, and want to maintain vibrant health, road blocks have to be addressed
every now and again.
Road blocks such as, detours, to many choices, narrowing options, or maybe a new route.
Since I am coming up against one now I thought it would be a good time to address this subject.
Are you aware of your road blocks to health?
I am just going to throw out a few questions to help you identify your road blocks.
Then you decide what you want to do about them.
Questions to explore,
Are you in tune with what you want with health? And are you congruent with that?
What is your attitude about health? Do you have a go for it attitude? Or a open and curious attitude?
What is the origin of your bad feelings towards health? What would happen if you were vibrantly healthy? What would happen if you had all the energy you need?
What purpose does your unhealthy behavior accomplish?
What are your strategies when you come up to obstacles with your health? What do you typically do? How do you want to handle them?
Are there beliefs in their that say you can't be healthier than...?
Or that you are just....(over weight or a smoker)?
How about those road blocks we all set up around...
I don't know how to...(eat right , take supplements)?
What are other "I don't know how's" that could be holding you back?
Maybe your road block is just habitual excuses like...
I've tried but....
I just can't resist...
I don't have time...
It's to expensive...
Do you see your road block in here?
What are some ideas to manage it?
Bottom line could be as simple as
how committed to vibrant health are you?
