Humor can give us a new perspective;
it can help us cope with the most adverse
situations that come our way. It also gives us broader views of events in our lives
and keeps us in balance when it feels like our world is falling apart.
With humor we rise above our problems,
we can release our feelings of fear, anger, and frustration.
People who can laugh at their challenges will be uplifted and
empowered because in laughter we
can disconnect and and give ourselves
some space by drawing our attention away from the problem.
We might even find a way out of these
challenges through humor; frequently a humorous approach
reveals new insights and solutions.
Mirthful laughter affects most of the major systems of the
body; such as the heart, the lungs, and your muscles,
but it also releases opiates which will create pleasant feelings.
That is why laughing is thought to be inner jogging.
