Using Play to Build Health

I love approaching health through play
because I have found you can:

Get to the blocks you are experiencing faster.
See the opportunities that are available, clearer.
Brainstorm motivating ways to improve.
Set up paths that inspire you towards health.

Let's finish the steps to this exercise in play:

Once you have created your cube or cubes you will see the important areas

you need to work on in your healthy journey.
(Yes those areas will shift and change so you do want to check in, a couple of times a year.)
.
Then choose one area that you want to work on now,
what would be 1 step in that area, if you took, would move you closer to health?
How does that step feel? Is it the right one?

Is there any other step that would work better?
How and when will you implement that step?
Implement the step until it creates the desired change.

Then again with the next step in that area...

or moving into the next area you want to strengthen or explore.

Will you engage creative play to help you over come your challenges to health?
Can you see how experimenting with how things add up can be enlightening?
Would you like to build self-esteem and ability around health issues?
Are you willing to explore the importance of how you talk to yourself and how you relate to others with their health challenges?

Build your health 1 block at a time.
Set up those paths of wellness.

For example: I know exercise is 1 thing that will make a big difference in my health,

and it is effecting my commitment and trust in my health.
What I came up with for me deals with rewards.

I have decided I will put 1 dollar in a jar everyday that I exercise.
Then I can purchase whatever I choose or
save it until I can get something special I want.
So I have set up double benefits; I get movement for my health and
 something special for my efforts.
This works beautifully for me.

How about you?
What is on your blocks?
What have you decided to implement?
What will inspire you to move forward?

Please share your insights, maybe it will inspire someone else.
