Rosemary for Your Hair
1/2-1 tsp coconut oil
2 drops rosemary ess. oil
Mix together and
rub into your hair.
This is fabulous!
Rosemary Heart Oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dried Rosemary leaves
Pour oil over leaves in a clean jar.
Place in warm location for 2 days.
Strain out leaves.
Use this infusion as a massage oil
to rub on the chest.

Memory Blend Tea
1 part ginkgo
1/2 part gota kola
1/2 part peppermint leaves
1 part rosemary leaves
mix together as a batch so that you can make some tea anytime you desire it.
Just give it time to steep.
