Power of Breath

   One way to greatly inprove your overall health and well-being is to
 breathe in a way that truely
oxygenates your body. Breathing seems like something we naturally
know how to do, after all we are breathing, but most of us don't
 breathe well or adequately.
And we aren't even aware of this fact, and how easy it is to remedy.
   Healthy breathing occurs naturally when we are relaxed, enjoying food, 
talking with friends, or getting a good nights rest. Heathly breathing is
designed to be circular and flowing, the breath in melts into the breath out
which melts into the breath in again.
   Breathing is a part of a complex sequence of events that create the
chemical reaction called respiration process which results in the release
of energy from food. All metabolic process in the body are
regulated by oxygen. 
   Typical symptoms of oxygen imbalance include: chronic fatigue, low level
anxiety, and mental fogginess. Oxygen not only gives us life but it destroys
the harmful bacteria in our bodies without harming the good bacteria.
Oxygen will: heighten concentration, alertness, and memory
                     give you better sleep patterns
                     promote healing and is
                     vital to your immune system.

    Conscious Breathing is called
The Reset Button
   While sitting in a chair, exhale fully.
   Wait until you feel a need to breath
   When you feel a need to breath,
   take a big belly breath.
The Reset Button will bring the oxygen and carbon dioxide
in your body into balance.

A very pleasant way to
 add oxygen
to your body is a
hydrogen peroxide bath
Just add to your bath water
 2 large or 3 small
bottles of 3% hydrogen peroxide.
      Soak and breathe
