Seriously.

Play is a state of mind which uses more of your senses, allowing deeper understanding.

Paths are the walkways through life's challenges.

Let play create empowering paths  to health.

Play is active and provides a medium for the growth of self, competence, and confidence. Play is the universal language of communication, both with self an others.
Try using play to understand your dance with health.

Play with the power of choice/theories: choice creates motivation because it follows interest.
So what choices about your health would interest you, thereby creating
motivation down the path to health?

Play with being creative: allow time, resources, and space to explore perspective, and
ability to "think outside the box".
You are "here" within the box with the health you have now.
What might you do differently to achieve the results you desire?

Play with curiosity/experiment: collect and interpret information, then you have the
choice of what will and does motivate you.
Be curious about what is working in your health.
Why and how is it working?
Use that to help any challenges you are now facing.

Play with risk/problem solving: be resilient and persevere in your challenges.
Hang in there and don't ever give up!
If something isn't working, keep searching until you find what will work.
What do you need to come up with solutions?

Play with connection/communication: explore your ideas in a safe and secure environment.
What are different ways for your body and emotions to communicate their needs?
Are you listening? Can play become a way for you, to hear your needs?

I chose 1 cube, using the 6 sides.
This is my cube of how to support my health right now.

What came up for me was exercise as the aspect of health
that I need to address, which would create the most difference.
I fact, it is important enough that it is affecting my commitment
and trust in my health.

What did you come up with?

Let's explore 1 more step in this process of playing for health next week.
