Health Plateaus and You

Sometimes we feel stuck, because we are not moving, healing,
and growing as we want;
or making the progress we feel should be  for the effort we are expending.

This is known as a Health Plateau.

When we hit this spot and we are there for a while,
we might be frustrated or anxious.
We rally and complain about where we are instead of experiencing,
exploring and enjoying our journey.

Literally visualize standing on a plateau, from here you vision is unimpeded. This  is an opportunity to look back to see where you have come and look forward to where you want to go.
Embrace that, then find the joy in where you
 are now, at this moment.
You may just be needing to absorb your travels  so far.

I put up this quote from Tony Robbins because I don't agree with it,
but I know there are a lot of people who do.
I don't because things do not at all need to get worse to move forward or to"get massively better".
If you do get worse, it may well be because you have gotten caught in thought loops.

Be careful of your mental chatter, keep yourself positive and focused.
Your thoughts dictate feelings, which in turn affect further thoughts,
stop thought loops that do not serve your health.
Look out over that plateau and be grateful for how well you have done.
See where you are and where you want to go.
Check in and make sure your headed in the "right" direction, the direction you want now.

Try exploring some options:

Gather more information.

Take this time to gain clarification.

Rethink your heading or how you are planning to get there,
it may not be resonating with you anymore.

Don’t force a resolution; you are in an information gathering place.

Stop, breathe, appreciate the health you are enjoying.

Plateaus come and go, recognizing them and working with them
will help you in developing
 the health you want.
