Creating a Mini-Retreat

Create your own Mini-retreat poster to remind you, to connect and honor yourself.  
 
This is one way to move past resentment and show yourself
 and others you matter, too.          

What would a mini-retreat look like for you?

What could or would you put on it?

Start with identifying your needs,

What are your basic needs?
We all have basic needs like:
Comfort, love, safety, communication, freedom, sensual needs, connection, 

exploration, water, food, movement, sunshine, etc..

Find your “basic” needs. What isn't being met?

Find 3 things you can do to meet each of your needs?

What activities could you include?


Let there be layers to your mini-retreat.
Things that would be quick and easy, as well as things that would be more involved.
Things that would give you quick results, and things that would have more lasting results.



When it is done post it somewhere where you will see it.
Then set an intention to impliment , maybe 1or 2 options a week? What ever works for you. (Sometime when you set an intention you will meet with resistance, 

acknowledge it and move through it.)


Enjoy the process!
It is one way to show self-care, self-love, and self-compassion.
