Change-The Golden Word of Ownership

What is it about change that makes us dig in our heals pushing back

  resisting, even to our detriment?

How can one little 6 letter word cause such strong reactions as ...
"I can't change I'm to old."
"I don't want to change, that is too much work."
"Why would I change this is just who I am."
"How can I change I don't have...
 time,
 money,
the knowledge."

When it come to our health though, change is imperative.
You need to be able to adjust to different stresses or circumstances in your life
that call for new ways to cope or heal.
Maybe you just need to correct the course you are on
if what you are doing at present isn't supporting the health you want.

Try thinking of your health as a ship on the sea,
whatever changes in the weather, land masses, repairs, mishandling even,
anything that can and does happen at sea to a ship.
These events call for adjustments to meet the new conditions,
so the ship can stay afloat and on course.

 Same with our health
we need to make adjustments or changes
to meet new conditions that might come up.
Possibly we have just gotten off course or see rough waters ahead
and need to change the direction we are heading.

Whatever challenges that may come your way with your health,
let change be easy like the ebb and flow of the tides.
Change is a normal condition that helps us
all expand the boundaries that are set up.
Or better yet, opportunities to test out new seas.

Let change be the golden tool of ownership creating and sustaining your health.

What might be 1 change you could make right now that would make a difference in your health ?
Perhaps it would repair some damage that is done or change your current course,
if you are headed for rough water.
How would that feel?

How can you implement that?

For me...I am heading back to dance, it is my bodies way of expressing joy,
and joy is pretty supportive to health.
