I am just someone who came from a medical family and saw too much of hospital life
and how illnesses and patients are treated and handled.
I decide very young there
had to be a better way to support my health so that hospitals and doctors offices
didn't have to a part of my world!
(But, if you find me in a crash please take me
to a trauma unit.) I have chosen to take care of my health and feel if I do that
consistently, I'm ahead of the game.
And in my 58 years I've done pretty good with my
quest of staying away from the medical community.
Herbs were my first great passion, they are wondrous, and what you can achieve
with them is amazing.
They are easy to grow, cultivate and are readily available.
I do feel that whatever grows near you is there for you to balance your body, and will
very gently bring you back into a state of vibrant health.
I then went to the Applied
and Educational Kinesiology, then Naturopath, E.F.T. practitioner,
then into Coaching.
I do not see all illnesses as bad or wrong some are there to help you,
they are wake up calls
to the abuses and neglects we are putting our bodies and minds through.
They can help you grow in understanding and awareness.
Use them as your stepping stones
to better your well-being.
As I have worked with people over the last 30 years, there is a mentality of
"just give me a pill for it," whatever that magic pill is I haven't found it!
Sorry.
I am coming from
what is going on in your life that is causing this distress?
Let's make adjustments in your
path to heal, because that is what has worked for me and the people
I have had the pleasure to work with.
And I do "get" that sometimes we don't want to make the changes
that we need to make,
I go through that too.
Just recognize and honor, it is and should always be, a choice.
Keep in mind...when making a change we often feel like
we don't know what to do.
But the truth is we usually do, it just happens to scare us a little bit.
Choose to have courage!
I have had the opportunity to explore and learn so many fun avenues to
support your well-being,
and they work in astounding ways.
I personally love the ARTbundance coaching, because I do believe people
do have an inkling of either, what they need or where they want to get to.
They just need some tools to bring out this
awareness and then support to implement whatever comes up for them.
I am just someone who loves the healing modalities!
All those amazing wonderful ways that
improve how we feel and think and give us the ability to step up in a more brilliant way.
Cheers to your wellness journey,
Suzi
